ACQUIRE BRICK-AND-MORTAR SPACE
Navigator Advisory has purchased a building for its new corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. Navigator has made the downstairs available for Windows of Heaven and our ministries of Jesus Christ’s CEOs. Phase One is complete. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Navigators.

Engage in Construction to transform Irvine office space into a state-of-the-art film, TV, and broadcast studio. (Chroma Stage, Stage Lighting, Sound Proofing, Broadcast Control Room, etc.)

STUDIO EQUIPMENT
Purchase VR/XR filming technology, cinematic cameras, recording, and broadcast equipment. The purchase of professional studio equipment makes this the most expensive phase. The studio equipment remains an asset of Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse ministry.

Acquire a cloud system for production workflow, data storage, and streaming platform so that JC CEOs Media can control, protect, and provide our own media distribution to tell the world the good news of what Jesus is doing in business.

SUMMARY
We estimate the complete build-out and equipment for the Irvine Studio to cost approximately $1,850,000 to $2 million. We are also getting early indications that vendors want to partner with our ministry by offering discounts and donations on their services and equipment.
